On Saturday, April 18, 2020 we will present the 32nd annual Colorado Teen Literature Conference. Attendees are expected to number over 400 and will include area librarians, teachers, young adults, parents, college students, and education professionals interested in young adult literature.
This year we are pleased to present authors Mackenzi Lee and Alan Gratz. In addition, there will be concurrent sessions offered on topics of interest to teen readers and the librarians and teachers who work with teens. Conference hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Exhibits close after lunch. Exhibit traffic will be heaviest during the luncheon/keynote session in the middle of the day.
Exhibitor fees are $75 for commercial participants, $50 for nonprofits. This includes a table in a high traffic area, lunch, keynote speeches, and concurrent sessions. One table includes two chairs, but only one lunch.
We are unable to allow any more than two people per table as space in the Turnhalle room is tight.
Exhibitors may sell or take orders for merchandise. This will be a good opportunity for meeting new clients and networking. We recommend that you provide at least a 10% discount for orders taken at the conference.
Due to high interest, exhibitor space is limited. Please submit an Exhibitor Application by between November 1, 2019 and February 8, 2020. Accepted exhibitors will be notified the week of February 17 - 22, 2020.
If exhibiting is not a possibility this year, you may wish to choose the "Materials Distribution Only" option. For a $10 fee, we will put your brochure or catalog at the registration table and also distribute onto conference hall tables (approximately 400 flyers or brochures would need to be provided).
